ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for friendly, energetic Car Wash Experience Associates to join our team. This role goes beyond a typical car wash attendant… it’s about creating a welcoming, customer-first environment. From greeting customers to assisting in the vacuum area, you’ll help ensure every guest leaves feeling great.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, positive attitude.
• Share our wash packages and membership options in a clear, helpful way.
• Guide cars safely into the tunnel/conveyor, ensuring a smooth start to the wash process.
• Connect with customers in the vacuum area…answer questions, offer assistance, and create a positive experience.
• Keep the space clean, tidy, and safe for both customers and teammates.
• Support the team with vehicle prep, light equipment checks, and daily tasks.
• Create an uplifting atmosphere that reflects our motto: Drive Clean, Feel Good.
