Description Car Wash Sales Attendant We are seeking high energy, team players that can provide outstanding customer service to our guests and contribute to reaching personal and team goals for membership sales. Must be OK with working outside during all 4 seasons. WEEKENDS REQUIRED. “At Gas N Wash, our goal is to provide an exceptional customer service experience.” Job Responsibilities: Learn how to direct cars safely into the car wash tunnel. A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests. The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Learn the operations of the tunnel and practice tunnel safety. The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask. The ability to work well alone and in a team environment. Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping. Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff. Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely. Basic computer skills. Any duties assigned by leadership. Responsibilities
The attendant will be responsible for learning to safely direct vehicles into the car wash tunnel while providing exceptional customer service and actively promoting and selling car wash memberships. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash facility and ensuring all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff.
