ABOUT US
- We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Red Hill Car Wash in Waterdown. As a part-time employee to start and then full time mid August. You’ll have the flexibility to work both morning shifts (7 or 8am start), afternoon shifts and evening [ends around 8:30pm] shifts.

- Please note: This position is NOT open to summer students. We are seeking a committed individual who is ready to embark on a long-term journey with us.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability for variety of shifts.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a working cell phone with a data package and be responsive prior to, and during your shift.
- Live in relative proximity to our Waterdown location.
- This is an outdoor job - you will be outside for the duration of your shift in all weather, consider the cold and hot weather.
- Fluent in English.
- Being able to lift 50 pounds is a bonafide requirement for the job.
WORK EXPERIENCE/DESIRED SKILLS:
- Any kind of physical labour conducted outside, in all seasons
- Sales experience
- Supervisor experience
- General mechanical / technical aptitude
- Autonomy - must be able to work on your own
HIGHER PAY WILL BE PROVIDED TO THOSE WITH SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE. THIS POSITION HAS ROOM FOR GROWTH AND INCREASED PAY.
