Key Responsibilities * Lead and coach team members * Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns * Maintain safety and operational standards * Manage equipment and inventory * Train and develop staff * Support profitability goals and performance metrics * Perform general car wash duties as needed What We're Looking For * Entry-level: No prior management experience required * High school diploma or equivalent * Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow * Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet * Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Work Environment * Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions * Frequent physical activity is required * bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
