Position Overview As a Car Wash Second Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coach team members * Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns * Maintain safety and operational standards * Manage equipment and inventory * Train and develop staff * Support profitability goals and performance metrics * Perform general car wash duties as needed What We're Looking For * Entry-level: No prior management experience required * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be 18 years or older * Must have a valid driver's license * Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow * Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet * Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Work Environment * Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions * Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles).
