Description
Responsibilities
Identify the need for sustainability strategies e.g. socio-economic, recreation etc
Develop sustainability strategies, engaging the supply chain and all stakeholders as required
Lead the implementation of the strategies through the Reservoirs Project Team and other stakeholders
Evolve the carbon strategy to ensure the DCO is secured and Anglian Water’s leading reputation is maintained
Understand and implement best practice learned from other major projects
Work with the Project Team, Anglian Water, Cambridge Water and other external stakeholders to identify opportunities for the project to enable wider benefits and opportunities
Engage with the Project Team to understand and influence how sustainability and carbon is managed
Engage with Anglian Water and Cambridge Water to ensure alignment with their sustainability & carbon ambitions
