WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Operational & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable managing the business-as-usual functionality of a digital tool, and analysing data
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with concept of API integrations, software and data updates
• Collaborative – Experienced in working cross-functionally with external support teams, industry stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving – Capable of troubleshooting issues, anticipating future impacts, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Passionate About Sustainability – A strong understanding of carbon measurement, sustainability reporting, and environmental impact reduction.
• Project Coordination – Ability to contribute to project management tasks, identify dependencies and support wider tool development processes.
• Communication Skills – Able to clearly convey technical concepts to internal teams and non-technical audiences, and engage effectively with high-level stakeholders.
• A team player: Enjoyment of collaboration and working together to problem solve
• Capabilities and interest in data analysis and Excel

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations of AdGreen’s Carbon Calculator and be involved in its ongoing development.
As Carbon Calculator Coordinator, you will support the continuous improvement of the tool to meet industry needs while ensuring it aligns with sustainability standards and compliance requirements.
This role requires a balance between daily operational management and supporting strategic development by feeding into key decision-making processes led by the Global Director. You will focus on maintaining the calculator’s functionality and ensuring smooth user experiences, as well as working with stakeholders to identify improvements and researching the viability and practicalities of said improvements.
