We are looking for a Commercial Lead to join us in the journey towards net zero. The individual will be accountable for driving growth in revenue; negotiating and closing transactions with both buyers and sellers; and building an active sales pipeline. This role plays the key figure supporting our customers in identifying the right products and solutions to achieve their sustainability goals.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters’ Degree
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business and partnership development, sales, brokering role or B2B sales in the Commodity/Financial markets; with a strong track record of sales, origination and relationship management
  • Experience in buy and/or sell-side market for carbon credits and
  • Knowledge of carbon markets, corporate sustainability and with understanding of market dynamics in the carbon market (compliance and/or voluntary).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the acquisition of new customers, managing a portfolio of existing customers and building strong, trusted relationships with them.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies that are aligned to the company’s target.
  • Identify new trading/revenue opportunities on the buy side, and appeal to new network of buyers.
  • Originate, structure and execute proposals and commercial deals on the sell side for various environment attributes, including carbon credits and renewable energy certificates, from various sources.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service that exceed customers’ expectations and goals.
  • Design and lead customer communication and spearhead marketing activities.
