The Card Development Delivery Manager plays a critical role in leading and overseeing the delivery of card technology solutions within the bank. This includes managing the end-to-end implementation of credit, debit, and prepaid card systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of card-related technology initiatives including new product launches, system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements. Act as the bridge between business, operations, and IT teams to ensure card solutions meet functional and technical requirements. Manage relationships with card scheme partners (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), card processors, and third-party vendors. Oversee integration of card systems with core banking, mobile banking, internet banking, fraud systems, and settlement engines. Ensure project delivery complies with banking regulations, PCI-DSS, and card scheme rules. Monitor and report on delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to senior management. Implement best practices in project management and agile delivery within the cards domain. Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and external partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in IT or digital banking, with a strong focus on card systems delivery. Proven track record managing large-scale projects related to debit/credit card issuance and processing. Strong understanding of card technologies including EMV, ISO 8583, tokenization, and card scheme certifications. Experience with card management systems (e.g., Cortex). Knowledge of banking architecture and integration points with card platforms. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Preferred Certifications PMP certification is considered an asset.
