Your Role Provide 2nd level support by processing tickets of all cards related issues and process Card Returns. Help achieve the team’s OKRs. Manage yourself and prioritize your tasks effectively. Currently a university student of a relevant discipline Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science etc. SQL familiarity preferred Familiarity with G suite and MS office.
