Full Time across 24/7 Rotating Roster | 4am – 12pm shifts The Role An exciting opportunity is now available to join Crown Melbourne Gaming team, as a Card Room Team Member! Reporting to the Card Room Coordinator, this role plays a critical role in ensuring the Table Games department’s daily operational needs are supported by providing timely, courteous, and compliant service. This includes adhering to all regulatory obligations related to the handling, movement, and disposal of playing cards and approved gaming equipment. Key Accountabilities Sort playing cards in compliance with Crown and/or VGCCC requirements Prepare and maintain secure storage areas, ensuring inventory accuracy and secure handling of cards and gaming equipment Perform basic data entry and accurately dispatch goods in line with order, quality, and timeframe requirements Assist with audit requirements and follow established work practices to ensure the security of Company assets What we’re looking for Ability to obtain a Casino Special Employee License Previous experience in the Gaming / Casino role Ability to handle work with utmost integrity and discretion with sensitive and secure information Strong mathematical skills and advanced computer literacy Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to perform under pressure in repetitive tasks Excellent time management, communication, and organisational abilities Forklift and Victorian drivers’ license is highly desirable What we offer you High hourly rate plus superannuation Complimentary onsite meals, discounted parking, and discounts across restaurants & hotels Applications Close: Sunday 21 June 2026 On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
