MAIN ROLE OVERVIEW:
MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as a liaison with Card Scheme Maintains knowledge of all products and services offered by card scheme Day to day performance management and analysis, driving enablement for volume growth Monthly reports and presentations to the sales function to improve acceptance Ensures the consistent and successful implementation of centralized initiatives and communications at local market level Actively participates in and drives relevant projects with value-based outcomes Support with customer facing discussion on cards to drive acceptance Escalation Management Implementation/roll out of Operational process efficiencies and/or Gap analysis for the relevant scheme, working with operations and compliance
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
