Description Community West Credit Union is seeking a Card Services Representative I for our Kentwood branch location. The starting pay for a Card Services Representative I position is $18.25 an hour, paid bi-weekly. Compensation negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Full-time | M - F | 8:30 - 5:00 PM | 40 hours weekly Good pay | GREAT benefits | 401k at 90 days Generous time off in 1st Year | Vacations | Holidays | Sick time Casual dress code Occasional remote work available once fully trained WHAT YOU WILL DO Responsible for assisting with daily operations of the Card Services department including answering basic questions regarding card products and services as needed. Process and fulfill requests for new debit, ATM, and credit card orders. Provide comprehensive support to staff and members regarding debit and credit card inquiries or issues via phone, email, and instant messaging. Review and process ATM check deposits, including any adjustments needed. Conduct the initial review, document gathering, member communication, and processing of debit card disputes. Manage card status updates, including reporting lost, stolen, or closed cards, and facilitate reorders for debit and credit cards. Post and balance debit card transaction reports daily and ensure corresponding general ledger accounts are balanced. Reconcile weekly ATM cash replenishments and ensure corresponding general ledger accounts are balanced. WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO KNOW FOR SUCCESS High School Graduate or GED (General Education Degree) Must be able to understand and efficiently use a computer and have basic knowledge of Word and Excel. Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator are required. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US You can expect one week of onboarding and orientation. Followed by a week of job shadowing and being shadowed for the next 2-3 weeks as you become familiar with your new role. You will be trained through in-person, hands-on, and online learning. When you are ready, you will transition to assisting members on your own. You will meet with your manager weekly, then monthly to develop and achieve personal and professional goals.
