Your responsibilities will include: Assist with daily Card Services operations Fulfill requests for debit, ATM, and credit card orders Support members and internal teams via phone, email, and messaging Review, adjust, and process ATM check deposits Conduct initial debit card dispute reviews and documentation Manage card status updates (lost, stolen, closed) and handle reorders Post and balance daily debit card transaction reports Reconcile weekly ATM cash replenishments and balance related general ledger accounts Knowledge & Skills: You don’t need a banking background—just curiosity, care, and the willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the rest. High school diploma or GED Comfortable with using a computer, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail Organizational skills Ability to multi-task A member-first mindset Work Environment: Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm EST.
