SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our innovative and supportive medical team. This vital role focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, helping to improve the quality of life for patients with complex cardiovascular issues. As a Cardiac Electrophysiologist, you will be responsible for conducting electrophysiological studies, performing catheter ablations, and managing the implantation of advanced cardiac devices including pacemakers and defibrillators. Your clinical expertise and commitment to excellence will be essential in providing high-quality patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients with arrhythmias and other electrical system disorders. Perform detailed electrophysiological studies to assess cardiac function. Implement treatment plans that may involve catheter ablation and device implantation. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options. Stay abreast of advancements in cardiac electrophysiology for continuous professional improvement. Qualifications: MD or DO degree with a valid medical license. Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology with specialized training in Electrophysiology. Significant experience in clinical electrophysiology, including experience with arrhythmia management. Proficient in performing electrophysiological studies and ablation techniques. Experience with pacemaker and defibrillator implantation and management. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Dedication to providing exemplary patient care and contributing to the team’s success.
