Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our clinical team are the heartbeat of our organisation.
We are looking for experienced and energetic individuals to join a close-knit clinical team. Using our cloud software Beatbox, you will allocate and undertake reporting for ECGS, BP’s and Holter Monitor studies. Your attention to detail is paramount as you analyse, review and process all incoming data. You will have a passion for providing high quality, accurate output and have the ability to manage timeframes to ensure we meet our customers SLA’s and expectations.
It’s a dynamic environment and you will work closely with leading Cardiologists who support continuous education and mentor the clinical team. Weekly lunch and learn lectures are a regular feature!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently apply professional and specialised knowledge, skills and judgment when performing novel, complex and critical tasks
  • Actively contribute to the development of professional knowledge and skills as demonstrated by positive impacts on service delivery and quantifiable/measurable improvements in service outcomes
  • Perform across a number of recognised specialties within the service and ensure targets are met
  • Provide regular feedback and appraisals for senior staff to improve service outcomes for customers and for maintaining a performance management system
  • Provide support for the efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of service
  • Independently undertake operational responsibilities
  • Allocate incoming electronic ECG’s in Mckesson for reporting, undertake report review of all ECG’s on Mckesson and BeatBox, and oversee all processes
  • Undertake report review of all Holters, provide initial analysis of Holter study results, and provide preliminary findings of Holter study with attention to detail
  • Manage turnaround times of all reports to meet customer SLAs
  • Assist with BP related queries
  • Respond to all levels of customer queries on clinical and operational matters
  • Assist with enhancing the quality assurance (QA) processes
  • Assist with outsourced team processes
  • Assist with internal training of staff
