Description

Responsible for the oversight of cardiac rehab department(s) daily operations, facility needs and overall clinical work flow. Oversees personnel, assigns tasks, and manages employee schedules within assigned productivity metrics. Evaluates cardiac patients and plans and implements cardiac rehabilitation programs. Responsible for administration, interpretation, and evaluation of tests and measurements. Assists in determining and assessing quality of cardiac rehab programs. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
