This role involves working within prescribed legislation to provide proficient clinical, management, quality and safety, and educations leadership. The CRC will triage referrals and engage with stakeholders both internal and external, coordinate the Cardiac Rehabilitation Outpatient Program and provide education and support to staff and patients within the CCU. The Cardiac Rehabilitation Coordinator is the clinical leader of the multidisciplinary team which provides for the needs of individual patients and supporting them in their recovery and journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
