We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse based at The Coley Clinic in Reading.
We are looking for someone who will lead on raising awareness in cardiovascular disease prevention and we will give you the opportunity to develop upon existing knowledge and skills alongside developing an understanding of service needs and organisational strategies from a management perspective.
You will be responsible for delivering Cardiac Rehabilitation across West Berkshire within a team of other Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurses and Integrated Rehabilitation Assistants and as part of the wider Cardiac and Respiratory Specialist Services (CARSS) .
You will have experience in Cardiology and/or Cardiac Rehabilitation , and a passion for improving patient’s quality of life and enabling them to reduce risk factors associated with further cardiac events .
As part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team you will use clinical reasoning skills, clinical research, audit and data collection to provide support and advice in a community setting.

Recent clinical experience within the speciality
Demonstrate effective cardiology knowledge
