Description

Cardiac Sonographer 2 is an advanced level position in the field of medical imaging. Responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiovascular diagnostic tests on patients. This role requires a high level of expertise in operating ultrasound equipment and analyzing images to assess the structure and function of the heart. The Cardiac Sonographer 2 may also assist in training and supervising junior staff, ensuring quality control measures are followed, and maintaining accurate patient records. Education Degree Major And/Or Technical Program Sonography Program Or Technical Program Cardiovascular Sonography Program License/Registration License/Registration - Issued by Florida or Compact State And/Or Certification Certification And/Or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American heart Association And ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) Work Experience and Additional Information One (1) years’ experience
