Description

Overview Under the direction of the director/ cardio diagnostics supervisor, the cardiac sonographer performs routine and specialized echocardiographic studies inclusive of stress lab procedures. Qualifications Education: Post High School Special Training Licensure/Certification/Registration: Graduate of an Accredited Cardiac Sonographer Program Registry eligible at the time of hire - RDCS or RCS Credentialing must be obtained within 12 months of hire date BLS Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/ Experience Required: - One year experience preferred - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

The cardiac sonographer performs routine and specialized echocardiographic studies. This includes conducting procedures within the stress lab under the direction of the supervisor.
