ADULT CARDIAC SONOGRAPHER – URGENT HIRE!

Lawrence Park Cardiology is seeking a skilled and experienced Adult Cardiac Sonographer to join our dynamic team in a part-time, permanent role. This is an URGENT HIRE for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, non-invasive cardiac imaging in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CMRTO) – Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer – Required
• Experience with IV insertion and contrast – Preferred (2 years)
• Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
• Proven technical and clinical echocardiography skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Toronto, ON M4N 3N1

EDUCATION:

• CMRTO Diploma/Certificate – Required
• Bachelor’s degree – Preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• Cardiac Sonographer: 2 years (Required)
• IV Insertion and Contrast: 2 years (Preferred)

• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echocardiography
• Administer IV contrast and perform contrast-enhanced scans
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient safety
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Work collaboratively with cardiologists and clinical staff
• Provide patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion
