Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Tallahassee, FL Salary & Compensation: Hourly Rate: $27.72 - $39.60 (based on experience) Specialty Differential: +$2.50/hour Shift Differentials: Night Shift: +$3/hour Weekend Shift: +$2/hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (Night Shift Only, case-by-case) Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide critical care in our Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit. This role requires clinical expertise, autonomy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
