JOB SUMMARY

Ontario Cardio Imaging is a cardiology practice committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. We are currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Technologist to join our medical team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of a recognized Cardiology Technology program
• Registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with ECG, Holter, and stress testing is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in IV setup is required.

SKILLS

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff and healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes

• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests, including ECGs, Holter monitoring, stress testing, and blood pressure monitoring
• Ensure accurate patient preparation, testing procedures, and documentation
• Operate and maintain cardiology equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient education and support during testing
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all regulatory and safety standards
