Position Overview BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led organization, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic Cardiology team serving Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater and Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-volume, collaborative team that values mentorship, professional growth, and compassionate care. The group currently consists of 17 physicians and 10 APP’s dedicated to providing high quality heart and vascular care. Position Highlights: Provide support for hospital rounds, inpatient consults, and outpatient clinic visits. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfortable managing high-volume outpatient consultative and follow-up care. Eager to learn and grow with physician mentors. 1:4 weekend call requirement (approximately one weekend per month). Qualifications Two or more years of experience in cardiac medicine as an advanced practice provider Ideal candidate should be flexible, affable, creative, energetic, and can show compassion while working with patients.
