Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This opportunity sits within Angiocare in Uniphar Medtech, a dedicated division focused on delivering innovative medical technologies and solutions.
Based in Belgium, the primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales & market share objectives in the Cardiology portfolio with Angiocare B.V.
This role will support in maintaining and developing the sales of Angiocare’s products in BELUX with a primary focus on Interventional Cardiology, and will achieve agreed territory sales and targets and objectives and increase sales.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase sales revenues and profits by effective field sales practices
  • Broaden the use of Angiocare products in all accounts, and focus on selling those products with highest margins.
  • Meeting regularly with existing and potential customers to present and demonstrate Angiocare products and promote their advantages and benefits.
  • Prepare drawings and ensure smooth processing for customer customized Angiocare product kits where applicable.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers in resolving any issues with may occur e.g. manufacturing issues, delivery problems, and back order issues. Ensure that all such issues are dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • Co-ordination with other Angiocare marketing, sales and sales support staff to ensure that all the correct products are shipped to customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare and work with EU tenders within the product range Angiocare is offering.
  • Participate on sales training, product training and sales meetings as and when they are required.
  • Report all Angiocare BV related issues from customer via the RGA process in a timely, comprehensive and effective manner.
  • Assist other sales colleagues and management when reasonable requested to do so.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in related field sales (Cardiology)
  • Nursing/technician experience an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused with strong influencing skills.
  • Good administrative and IT/computing skills
  • Commercially aware, with an ability to manage multiple complex business scenarios
  • Well organised, self-motivated pro-active team player.
  • Flexible and self-supported, hands-on mentality
  • Good understanding of English
