Toronto Cardiac Diagnostics Inc. is a busy Cardiology clinic and diagnostic center located at Don Mills and Eglington Ave. We are currently looking for a cardiotech to join our friendly team of physicians and technical staff. We offer a full service of cardiology testing which includes: echo, stress echo, holter, nuclear medicine and contrast medicine.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate patient identification and reporting
• Performs all cardiac testing including: ECG, stress echo, Persantine and Nuclear Cardiology Stress, Holter hook-up, ambulatory BP monitoring
• Cleans and maintains equipment properly
• Prepares reports accurately and efficiently
• Completion of a recognized course in ECG
• 1 year of work experience is an asset
• CPR certification
• Experience in Holter monitor hook ups, ABPMs
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with EMR systems is an asset
• Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Demonstrated high quality, compassionate, patient centred care

Requirements

• Completion of a recognized diploma in Cardiology Technology
• Fluent in English
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Norav stress testing system an asset
• Reliable attendance

Hourly rate: $20 - $30 ( negotiable based on experience/performance)
hours: 15 - 20 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
