Job Description: • Excellent benefits including salary packaging • Fitzroy location • Permanent, Full Time position (38 hours per week) About the Role You will assume overall responsibility for managing all cardiothoracic and surgical oncology research projects. This involves overseeing daily operations and service delivery for the Cardiothoracic Research and the Surgical Oncology trials, managing the research coordinators, ensuring that each coordinator is appropriately delegated to support all clinical trial requirements, and are conducted to the highest, ethical, adhering to the good clinical practice guidelines in readiness for inspections by regulatory bodies such as the FDA, TGA and other government sponsored audits. Classifications for this position will be RN47 - RN48 Research Nurse Level 4 ($134,498.00 - 137,696.00 per annum, pro rata) or RZ5 - RZ7 Medical Scientist, Grade 4 ($127,535.20 - 134,269.20 per annum, pro rata). Your Contribution • Bachelor of Nursing with additional qualification of Masters Degree.
