Prepares patient for test and explains procedures. Assists in conducting tests to aid in diagnosis of cardiovascular system, using a variety of specialized electronic test equipment, recording devices, and laboratory instruments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Certified as an ARRT, Cardiopulmonary Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist OR board certified as an EMT and as a Cardiac Technician or Paramedic OR board certified as an EMT with Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification. One year cardiovascular or cardiac cath lab experience. BLS certification required.
