We believe and invest in personal growth. Your Role Provide 2nd level support by processing tickets of all cards related issues and process Card Returns. Help achieve the team’s OKRs. CPD Refund ( Transferring funds received in closed cards ) Work on various Zendesk tickets related to Card issues We'd love to see Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team. Hard Skills: Currently a university student of a relevant discipline. Professional working proficiency in English; German is a plus . Knowledge about banking, digital business models and the fintech industry either through education or experience is an advantage. Soft Skills : You are enthusiastic and proactive. You are hungry to learn and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. You are a team player and love to collaborate.
