Description Crews Bank & Trust is looking for a Cards & Payments Specialist.... Are you detail-oriented and an analytical thinker? Do you stay calm in high stress situations? The Cards & Payments Specialist position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to support our customer base along with our internal teams. The Cards Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the bank's debit card products, instant issuance, and settlement. This includes monitoring and reporting fraud trends, managing dispute processing and completing tasks related to the Regulation E process. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one or more years of Banking Experience Two years of Data Processing, Bookkeeping, Customer Service, or Card Management preferred. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines such as BSA, Reg E, OFAC and bank procedure Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented work environment Good written and oral communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Crews Bank & Trust is an equal opportunity employer.
