CARDS TEST ENGINEER:
5+ years of experience in software testing in Banking domain.
At least 3 years focused on testing of (Debit and Covered) Card Issuance and Acquiring, ATM, Switch ware, POS, Core banking , integrated APIs, webservices and surrounding systems.
Strong understanding of Card lifecycle, concepts, and architecture.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration testing.
Good to have functional automation testing experience and hands-on experience in tools like UFT, Selenium, SOAP UI, Postman, etc.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Role Purpose:
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Jaywan Cards / Covered and debit cards.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of card components.
Ability to manage and coordinate the integration of 40-50 business applications efficiently.
Validate identity lifecycle processes like provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role management.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Track defects, perform bug fixes testing, and produce testing reports (Daily Status Dashboard, Defect Status, Project Closure).
Verify testing requests to ensure high coverage and quality.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all testing activities. Ensure test coverage and quality of ADIB application releases, projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Maintain the hardware and software inventory of ADIB testing devices, servers, applications, databases, and storage.
Support testing of patch management, including OS and DB patches.
Continuously improve testing models and methodologies.
Maintain information security and report any potential or actual risks or incidents to the helpdesk.
