The Care Access Officer position plays an important part our administration team and with an essential role in client bookings, supporting our allied health professionals to deliver prompt, high-quality services.

AS THE CARE ACCESS OFFICER AT VITAL HEALTH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Supporting clinicians to manage their diary, including bookings / rebookings / charging / documenting / maintaining clinical supports and meetings in their diary
  • Support Clinician as required to effectively deliver therapy by assisting with forms, preparation for outreach / home visit or offsite therapy session
  • Providing NDIS administrative support to clinicians; including coordinating NDIS service agreements
  • Maintaining communication with clients, families, stakeholders & clinicians; and Contributing updates and feedback to NDIS case conferences;
  • Assisting clinicians with forms, preparation for outreach / home visit or offsite therapy session
  • Ensuring clinic and clinic rooms cleanliness process is completed correctly
  • Ensuring payments processes, reconciliations, and responses to incorrect processes and client outstanding fees are followed correctly and timely
  • Maintaining up-to-date information for all client records
  • Ensuring processes are followed ie. referrals, bookings, appointments, charging and rebooking
