You’ll be the first point of contact for client calls and administrative duties — ensuring smooth, high-quality support for our Care Managers and the clients we serve. This part-time role, based at either our Clarkson or Osborne Park office, is perfect for a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing for Approved Service Providers (ASPs).
  • Provide timely client administration support, including scheduling and record management.
  • Assist Care Managers with tasks such as diary management, filing, and care consultation packs.
  • Coordinate client consumables and monitor updates in care management systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team goals, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
