QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) with 3 years of hands-on experience in community or facility-based care.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or previous team lead experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and flexible in approach to staffing and problem-solving.
• Able to work collaboratively with nurses, management, clients, and families.
• Strong understanding of client-centered care principles and health & safety standards.
