ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Care and Compliance Manager to oversee and maintain regulatory compliance across all aspects of the care home’s operations. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, safeguarding standards, health and safety policies, and other statutory requirements. The role will involve auditing, policy development, staff training, and continuous improvement to ensure excellence in care delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding regulations, and relevant health and social care legislation.
• Lead on all internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and successful inspections.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care and compliance.
• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new policies.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks across the home, identifying areas for improvement.
