At Inspire Neurocare we help people become more independent through rehabilitation. We support younger adults who have had brain injuries, strokes and spinal injuries, or who live with disabilities such as MS. And we’re looking for people who can help us change people’s lives.
We are looking for a Quality Support Lead to join our dynamic team.

The successful applicant will be/have:

  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults), ideally working toward level 4/5.
  • Previous experience of working in a supervisory or management level role in a care home environment.
  • Ambitious and passionate about delivering good quality care.
  • Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals
  • Live local to the Care Home

Responsibilities
  • As a Quality Support Lead you will support the Home Manager to implement company policies and procedures. Ensure audits are carried out, care plans are reviewed and action plans are addressed in line with company policy and procedures.
  • You will be supporting the Home Manager with the systems and processes necessary for ensuring the home is managed efficiently and appropriately.
  • Working on the floor to help mentor and provide ‘hands on’ support and guidance to the LSF team. To be responsible for mentoring new staff and ensuring they are integrated as part of the team.
  • Supporting the Home Manager to address HR related aspects, conducting investigations and dealing with complaints.
  • You will work closely with the clinical/therapy team to address compliance concerns, address HR related aspects and carrying out investigations and dealing with complaints.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation and the CQC National Minimum Standards and legal frameworks i.e. DOLS & MCA.
  • Completing staff competencies and supervisions and mentoring new staff to ensure they are integrated as part of the team.
