OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to individuals in our beautiful, refurbished care home. You will be part of a team focussed on enhancing the quality of life for those in your care by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence. A strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills is vital, as you will be interacting with clients and their families.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive and cheerful approach is key to help our residents to be happy and well cared for
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Very basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
