Part time hours: · 12+ hours per week: · 2+ days + alternate weekends: availability from 8:30am – 2.30pm What We Offer: · £14.05 days (before 7pm) £16.20 evenings (after 7pm) and weekends. · Enhanced bank holiday pay. · 28 days annual leave pro-rata. · Company pension scheme. · Paid induction, shadowing and on-going training to support your career with our exclusive Right at Home training programme. · What you’ll do: · Provide companionship and help with activities. · Prepare and cook nutritious meals. · Light housework, keeping clients’ homes just the way they like them to be kept. · Manage medication. · Support with personal care including showering, toileting and dressing. · Accompany clients to appointments and shopping as required. About you: · Reliable, caring nature and good communication skills. · Experience of caring for people living with dementia. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Have the right to work in the UK. · Live close to Wokingham, Woodley and Twyford areas. · Have a full UK driving licence and own car.
