We offer more than just a job – we offer a family-feel team that values your growth, well-being and contribution THE ROLE: You’ll support elderly clients to live independently in their own homes, with availability to work between the hours of 8:15am and 2.30pm on 3+ days including Thursdays and Friday plus alternate weekends on the same hours. You’ll only care for clients that you have been introduced to and whom you’ll then care for on a regular basis, and all our calls are at least one hour long – there are no bish-bash-bosh calls with us! WHAT YOU BRING: Empathy and patience. No experience needed, if you are kind, reliable and genuinely caring we can teach .you the rest. We hire for heart, not just history. Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle. Live within 10 miles of Wokingham. Right to work in the UK. WHAT YOU’LL GET: £14.05 (days) £16.20 (evenings/weekends) starting pay rates. Enhanced bank holiday pay. 35p per mile travel pay. Paid induction and on-going training to support your career from our exclusive Right at Home training programme. WHAT YOU’LL DO: · Provide companionship and help with activities and appointments. · Prepare and cook nutritious meals. · Supermarket shop as well as clean and tidy around the home, keeping clients’ homes just the way they like them to be kept. · Manage medication. · Support with personal care including showering, toileting and dressing.
