JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, we are recruiting specifically to work with a client who has ADHD but we have many other clients should you wish to work with them.
The client’s condition:

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
• A Level 2 Health & Social Care Qualification is preferred.
• Familiarity with following care plans is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies related to care management is beneficial.
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred.
• Previous experience working with clients who display challenging behaviour is preferred.
