We are seeking a kind-hearted, patient, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents living with dementia. You’ll play a vital role in supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and joy in a safe and nurturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Support residents with dementia in maintaining routines and engaging in meaningful activities
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
• Promote independence wherever possible, while ensuring safety and comfort
• Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and infection control standards
• Participate in training and development to enhance dementia care skills
