1 X DAY POSITION: 35 HOURS PER WEEK, 7 AM - 2 PM AND 2 PM - 9 PM

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Ridgemount Banstead, where we provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and meals
  • Provide emotional and social support, promoting dignity and independence
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to deliver exceptional care
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
