We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
• Empathy and compassion towards individuals in need of care.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a care setting.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• A valid driving licence may be beneficial for community-based roles.

Work Location: On the roa

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Monitor and record clients’ health and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create personalised care plans.
