Ashley Court Care is looking to recruit dedicated Day Care Assistants for full-time positions. As a care home with exceptionally high standards, we seek candidates who possess at least a QCF Level 2 qualification in social care, combined with empathy and a deep understanding of dementia care. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• QCF Level 2 or higher is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience and a genuine passion for caregiving will also be considered.

• Supporting daily hygiene routines, including washing and dressing.
• Assisting with feeding and hydration.
• Performing light cleaning of bedrooms and lounges as needed.
• Completing detailed and thorough care documentation.
