As a visiting care assistant, you will: Provide personalised care during home visits (minimum 1 hour per call) Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks Support mobility, transport clients to appointments, and run errands Please note, you must be a driver with use of a car as our clients live in rural areas not accessible by public transport. Responsibilities

Provide personalized domiciliary care to clients in their own homes, including assistance with personal care and medication. Support clients with household tasks, mobility, and transportation to appointments to help them stay safe and happy.
