Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Bank / Zero-Hour (flexible)
Shifts: Days (07:30–19:30), Nights (19:30–07:30), and split shifts | Includes weekends & public holidays

Hawthorn Court is a 22-bed residential care home just outside Swansea, supporting older adults with dementia and complex needs. We’re looking for flexible, compassionate Bank Care Assistants to join our team covering day or night shifts, weekends, and short-notice vacancies when needed.

YOUR ROLE

• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
• Support residents with meals, medication, and daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Monitor wellbeing and record accurate notes
• Maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment
• Be adaptable to support last-minute cover as required
