We are currently building a team of Care Assistant Bank staff to strengthen our team, covering annual leave and sickness when required. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility and wants to contribute meaningfully when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and their families.
  • Ability to follow care plans and provide personalized support.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents in daily living activities, including meal preparation and feeding.
  • Help develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to senior staff.
