YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support vulnerable individuals to maintain their independence in their own homes
• Promote both physical and emotional well-being
• Assist with personal care, shopping, cleaning, companionship, medication and basic food preparation
• Monitor and record clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns
