QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is essential.
• Understanding of care plans and home care practices is required.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is necessary; additional languages are a plus.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
